We have been supplying square concrete pile moulds for many years now, with lengths ranging from 75 to 200 metres. Our pre-stressed fixed pile moulds are available for piles with a diameter of square 180 to square 500 mm. Pre-stressing on the mould is possible up to 8 N/mm2.
The Square concrete pile mould can be opened and closed fast by means of the air hoses that can be fitted on top of or underneath the mould.
The concrete is compacted by means of the radio-controlled vibration unit underneath the pile mould. Depending on the diameter, you can stress and de-stress 2 or 3 pieces simultaneously. We supply a wide range of clients with pile moulds.
Our adjustable pile moulds excel as they have a very high utilisation rate. Different diameters can be created thanks to the very short adjustment time. You can change the diameter of the pile mould in less than 15 minutes. We can supply these moulds for piles with lengths ranging from 75 to 200 metres. The diameter can be adjusted from 290 to 500 square. These moulds too can be opened and closed fast by means of the air hoses at the top.
Onze verstelbare heipaalmallen blinken uit in een zeer hoge bezettingsgraad. Door de zeer korte versteltijd kunnen de verschillende doorsneden worden gecreeerd. Binnen 15 minuten kunt u de heipaalmal omstellen naar een andere doorsnede. Wij kunnen deze mallen leveren voor heipalen met lengtes van 75 tot 200 meter. De doorsnede is verstelbaar van 290 tot 500 vierkant. Ook deze mallen kunt u snel openen en sluiten met behulp van de luchtslangen aan de bovenzijde.
